You are welcome to contact me in whatever way feels easiest for you, whether that is an email or a text. There is no pressure to commit - this can simply be a first step.

If it is easier, you can request a short phone call first.
What happens next
- I will respond as soon as I can, usually within a day.
- There is the option of having an initial 20-minute telephone call before booking sessions if you would like to.
- You are very welcome to book straight in for a full session if you would prefer to do so.
- You do not need to know exactly what to say - just a few words is enough.
